No Cute Title For Today

So we are now almost to week 10 of the baby stage meaning the little one is about 1.5 inches long, the size of a prune and building bone and cartilage this week! I'm still feeling really well and today am feeling very rested after a Sunday filled with nothing =) The dogs and I lounged around most of yesterday watching Gordon Ramseys Hell's Kitchen leading me to dreams about cooking proper risotto...
Staying healthy throughout this whole ordeal is pretty high on my list, but also trying to use my asthma inhalers as little as possible! Lately I've been getting good use out of our Wii doing Yoga and other fitness games for a bit in the mornings too. And I've discovered that the cliche of "eating for two" is quite a pet peeve of mine! I've decided that whoever thought of that phrase just had lack of self control. I suppose the phrase "All I need to know I learned in kindergarten" is actually true. When we found out we were expecting, we bought a Healthy Pregnancy Diet book because we've always heard about how different you need to eat when pregnant...well really, its just how you're suppose to eat all the time. I said I was glad we spent $20 on a book to remind us of the basic food pyramid. At least it has yummy recipes in it though! One which we tried out at a birthday BBQ a couple weeks ago that was a big hit. I'll be sure to share later today, I don't quite remember it all. Sure makes good chicken wings!

Well we have a day trip to Ireland planned for this Thursday the 16th, so that's exciting! We're flying out of London Stanstead at about 9am in the morning arriving to Dublin at 1030, then spending the day there and flying back into Stanstead at about 11pm! We figure that its roughly 2 hours to get to central London anyways, so why not just take an hour plane ride to another country and spend the day there? We're looking forward to touring the Guinness Factory and having a chance to taste the real authentic Guinness. While I just get a small sip this time around, we'll be back for a pint or two next year...I love Guinness! We'll be sure to post some pictures from our adventurous day later this week.

Here are just a couple photos from the 9/11 Ceremony that took place on base. We were both at work so couldn't go, but I got a couple pictures from a friend.
